What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Is your packaging discrete?
All our orders are shipped in plain packaging with your address label. From the outside of the package there is no indication of the contents inside. However please ensure you open the package first yourself.
Can I ship directly to the surprise recipient?
We currently advise against this. Please ship the item first to yourself. Whilst the shipping envelope gives no indication of the contents, on the removable plastic product packaging in very small print next to the barcode there is a product description.
How long does shipping take?
We ship from Utah, USA with two services available. DHL max takes 2 - 4 working days and DHL overground typically takes 4 - 8 working days. All orders a dispatched on the same or next working day.
